Amy's Kitchen integrated Power BI alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to deliver leadership dashboards and streamline regular reporting processes, providing more efficient distribution of insights to management teams. Operational coverage included plant level material tracking and production facilities as well as corporate finance and order management functions. The deployment leveraged the cloud deployment model to centralize data and reporting across sites sourcing ingredients globally. Governance and rollout included Columbus led process mapping, phased configuration and cross functional coordination between operations, supply chain and finance teams. Outcomes explicitly cited by Amy's include improved tracking of materials into plants, stricter production control, more efficient production facilities with reduced downtime and time savings in generating regular reports for management. Sebastian Mindling, Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications, described the deployment as a new breed of ERP that consolidates inventory, financials, order management and manufacturing into a single platform.
