In 2019, ANTA Group implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its core ERP platform to address complex seasonal merchandising, manufacturing and logistics planning, the deployment classified under the ERP Financial Apps Category. The program targeted group-wide operational integration across China, covering multiple brands, more than 10,000 retail stores, B2B and B2C channels, and the companys factory and distribution footprint.
The SAP S/4 HANA implementation consolidated finance, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and merchandising workflows into a single digital planning engine, enabling predictive analytics and higher-frequency planning cycles. Functional capabilities configured included integrated financial close and reporting, demand forecasting and merchandise planning, inventory consumption analytics, and automated scheduling of manufacturing and replenishment processes to support thousands of SKUs across product series.
ANTAs deployment integrated point of sale and online sales data streams with SAP S/4 HANA to deliver near real-time insights to merchandising and replenishment processes, and provided a single accurate view of brands, channels, suppliers and profit centers. IBM Services acted as the implementation partner, using IBM Design Thinking workshops, pre-packaged implementation templates and the SAP Integrated Delivery Framework to coordinate delivery roles, methodologies and accelerators during the rollout.
Governance and process redesign focused on front to back reengineering of merchandising, finance and supply chain workflows to enable more frequent planning and automated execution. The program standardized group-level KPIs and orchestrated end to end processes so that merchandising insights from POS and online systems could automatically create, schedule and optimize financial, manufacturing and logistics tasks, reducing cycle time for planning and month end close.
Results cited from the engagement include a nine month deployment to production, an estimated 80 percent uplift in overall supply chain operational efficiency and a threefold increase in retail demand forecasting cadence for targeted brands. The SAP S/4 HANA deployment also supported ANTAs rapid pivot to digital first retail during the COVID 19 disruption, enabling scaled e commerce order processing and continuity of operations.

In 2020 ANTA Group implemented Revobit Revofim Library, a Digital Asset Management application, to digitize materials, components and 3D prototypes across its brand portfolio in China. The deployment targeted footwear and apparel design processes, with adoption by design, product development and sampling teams to accelerate product development and reduce physical sampling time.
Revobit Revofim Library was used as an enterprise material and virtual sample library, supporting asset ingestion and cataloging, metadata governance, version control and preview of three dimensional prototypes. Configuration emphasized product library capabilities and searchable asset metadata to enable designers and materials engineers to find and reuse components, while controlling revisions and approval states common to digital asset management workflows.
Operational coverage focused on centralized asset governance and workflow orchestration across Anta group brands in China, aligning taxonomy, access permissions and review workflows with existing design and sampling processes. The implementation connected design and sampling functions to a single source of digital materials and virtual samples, shortening design to sample cycles and reducing reliance on physical mockups as described in implementation coverage.
