The implementation focused on ERP Financial capabilities, specifically configuring Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects Module and General Ledger functionality to align with corporate accounting and project accounting workflows. Workstreams included scope definition, requirements and design, data migration of all in-scope modules, and execution of application integration activities to unify transaction and master data for finance operations. Antares positioned the solution within a cloud-first, integrated architecture and also deployed OneStream XF for corporate performance management to automate consolidations and financial planning and analytics, creating a connected finance technology stack. Operational scope centered on the Finance organization, with the Finance leadership team engaged as primary stakeholders and the implementation covering consolidations, planning, and core accounting functions. Governance included a formal Business Impact Analysis to map key business processes to applications and to evaluate recovery point objective and recovery time objective requirements, alongside documentation of Run the Business and Change the Business initiatives. The program produced detailed delivery plans, release plans, sprint execution, and deployment sequencing, while project activities included interface design, data migration validation, and end to end testing, with budget and timeline definition driven by business case work. Leadership on the program provided day to day delivery oversight and managed application budgets in excess of 5M USD, leading the end to end upgrade from AX2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and successfully migrating data and all in-scope modules into the new ERP Financial environment.
