In 2017 APCO Worldwide deployed Oracle NetSuite ERP OneWorld as its ERP Financial platform. The OneWorld implementation was provisioned as a single cloud instance to support more than 30 legal entities and a global user base exceeding 700 users, with finance operations staffed by over 50 finance team members.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured with core ERP Financial capability sets including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, multi currency processing, intercompany accounting and consolidated financial reporting. Configuration emphasized multi entity ledgers, intercompany transaction orchestration and role based access controls to enable centralized financial close workflows and period end reconciliation. The implementation applied a normalized chart of accounts and subsidiary level segment structures consistent with OneWorld multi subsidiary design.
Project responsibilities included go live support and ongoing stabilization to address post go live configuration tuning, user acceptance issues and process stabilization across finance and accounting teams. Governance centered on a centralized rollout model with finance process standardization and change management for the more than 50 finance staff, while operational support covered the broader 700 user population. Oracle NetSuite ERP OneWorld was implemented as a consolidated SaaS architecture to provide unified cross entity reporting and controlled subsidiary transaction autonomy.
