Functional coverage in the system extended to invoicing and internal transfers, and handled weighing sorting and packing of mixed goods including dangerous goods, reflecting warehouse level transaction capture tied to financial postings. Operational use shows Micronet HARMONiQ operating alongside Smartsheet for daily coordination and MicroNet systems for transactional processing, with RF scanning devices employed at the Kewdale WA warehouse to capture pick and receival events. The implementation covered warehouse roles including Goods Inwards Receivals Attendant, Despatch Attendant, Orders Correction Assistant and Embroidery Department Assistant, supporting cross functional activity between warehouse operations and finance. Governance and rollout included a structured training program at ATOM Supply Kewdale WA from March 2021 to January 2022, with staff training in OHS aware handling, forklift operation, RF scanning workflows and MicroNet application usage.
