Functional modules and capabilities implemented included core financial management, purchasing workflows, inventory and stock management, and supply chain improvements, with explicit integration of store EPOS transactions into the Head Office general ledger. The configuration emphasized unified financials and operational reporting, enabling unified ledger posting, purchase-to-pay processes, and inventory control consistent with ERP Financial expectations. Governance and rollout focused on phased departmental adoption across finance, purchasing and stores, and close partnership touchpoints between Architectural Aluminium and ProStrategy to embed processes into day to day operations. Reported outcomes included a centralised data repository for reporting and improved supply chain, stock and inventory management as part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial implementation.
