Architectural Aluminium | Construction and Real Estate | 60 | $7M | Ireland | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | 2022 |
In 2022, Architectural Aluminium implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP Financial system. Architectural Aluminium is a design driven manufacturer based in Dublin, Ireland that supplies building facades and provides structural analysis and design services, and the Business Central deployment was positioned at the company core operations.
ProStrategy served as the implementation partner and led a phased implementation that began with the finance team and proceeded to the purchasing department, completing the program in 18 months. ProStrategy explained integration approaches that minimized duplicated development while embedding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into existing operational workflows, creating a single feature and benefit full ERP system and a centralised data repository for up to date reporting.
Functional modules and capabilities implemented included core financial management, purchasing workflows, inventory and stock management, and supply chain improvements, with explicit integration of store EPOS transactions into the Head Office general ledger. The configuration emphasized unified financials and operational reporting, enabling unified ledger posting, purchase-to-pay processes, and inventory control consistent with ERP Financial expectations.
Governance and rollout focused on phased departmental adoption across finance, purchasing and stores, and close partnership touchpoints between Architectural Aluminium and ProStrategy to embed processes into day to day operations. Reported outcomes included a centralised data repository for reporting and improved supply chain, stock and inventory management as part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial implementation.

Auxilion | Professional Services | 240 | $50M | Ireland | Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | 2022 |
In 2022, Auxilion implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as an ERP Financial solution to consolidate finance, inventory and reporting workflows. Auxilion was already using Microsoft Dynamics CRM while operating two separate finance systems that could not keep pace with the companys growth, creating a clear requirement for a single, end to end financial platform.
Pro Strategy was engaged to lead the project, conducting discovery and workshops to design a Business Central configuration centered on a centralised data repository and up to date reporting. The implementation delivered fully integrated financials spanning store EPOS transactions through to Head Office General Ledger, and included configuration for stock and inventory controls and supply chain functional flows.
The deployment integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Auxilions Dynamics CRM environment to unify customer and financial transactional data and to support finance and commercial workflows. Operational coverage documented during the project included finance, supply chain management, and Head Office accounting, with at least 9 staff members reported using the solution during initial roll out.
Governance followed staged phases labeled Discovery, Inspire and Design, Build and Implement, and Transform and Grow, with Pro Strategy running workshops and staff upskilling activities that received a five star rating. The programme explicitly targeted improved supply chain function, stock and inventory management and centralized financial reporting as primary outcomes.
