Trustwell Legacy Trustwell FoodLogiQ Blockchain Platform Blockchain n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Armour Meats implemented Trustwell FoodLogiQ as a Blockchain Platform to extend traceability and food safety capabilities across its consumer packaged goods operations in the United States. Armour Meats deployed Trustwell FoodLogiQ to establish a tamper resistant transaction ledger and to centralize supplier and product lineage information for quality and supply chain teams. The implementation emphasized FoodLogiQ native capabilities, specifically supplier management, food safety compliance, quality incident management, recall management, and whole chain traceability as core functional modules within Trustwell FoodLogiQ. Configuration work focused on mapping product lot and batch attributes into blockchain-backed traceability records and instrumenting workflows for quality event capture and recall orchestration. Operational scope centered on procurement, quality assurance, and production operations, where Trustwell FoodLogiQ was used to automate recordkeeping and replace manual traceability artifacts with serialized event records and immutable transaction histories. The deployment integrated traceability and incident workflows into existing supplier onboarding and quality review processes, enabling consolidated supplier attestations and product journey visibility across the companys supply chain functions. Governance and rollout were informed by industry R&D activity at the time, as FoodLogiQ convened a Food Industry Blockchain Consortium in 2018 that included major food companies, providing a roadmap for short and long term blockchain experimentation. Armour Meats aligned internal governance to formalize data capture standards, supplier data contracts, and cross functional incident escalation paths to support the new Blockchain Platform and traceability workflows.

Dassault Systemes Legacy Dassault DELMIA Quintiq Supply Chain Supply Chain Management SCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Armour Meats implemented Dassault DELMIA Quintiq Supply Chain to centralize Supply Chain Management for supply planning, inventory coordination, and deployment planning. The Dassault DELMIA Quintiq Supply Chain deployment targeted the Supply Planning Department, inventory coordinators, and supply chain analysts, and was configured to support integrated business planning workflows across the organization. Configuration emphasized core supply planning modules, including master production scheduling, distribution requirements planning, deployment planning, and statistical safety stock and product segmentation capabilities. The implementation also provisioned integrated business planning functionality to align demand, supply and deployment horizons, and included capacity management and supply trackers to operationalize planning scenarios. Reporting and analytics were integrated with standard business tools, using Daily Dashboards, Microsoft Excel exports and Power BI for operational reporting and supply trackers. The project lifecycle followed iterative requirements gathering, functional and technical design, staged testing, and phased rollout and training, with active coordination between business users and IT stakeholders to validate system settings and data outputs. Governance established a super user model and master data stewardship to maintain MPS, DRP and product coding, and testing and training processes were embedded into the rollout to support adoption. Process redesign and deployment of system-driven workflows were used to increase information transparency and to support S and OP related decision making.
