Integrations include ADP Workforce Now Payroll connecting with time and attendance systems, with explicit operational use of an hourly Time and Attendance system and preference for Industrios for time capture. The solution was used for benefits administration workflows inside ADP, invoice reconciliation and payment to insurance and benefit providers, and regulatory reporting to Canadian and U.S. bodies such as WSIB and CRA. Governance and operational ownership rested with Human Resources, with a Payroll Manager reporting to the Director of Human Resources and providing oversight to a Payroll Coordinator. Day to day responsibilities implemented in the system included maintaining master employee files to support payroll, onboarding and offboarding communications, claims processing oversight, payroll specific reporting for stakeholders, and participation in benefits policy renewal and provider liaison activities.
