In 2013 Arterris implemented Generix ERP as its ERP Financial solution, driven from the DSI with a formal comparative study of subsidiary information systems. The engagement began with process and organization modeling across filiales, followed by audits and formalization of required functionalities to shape the ERP Financial scope and requirements.
The implementation narrative documents functional scoping and module-level specifications, focusing on back-office and financial workflows, master data stabilization via a référentiel, and audit-driven functional specifications. The project record notes that BO and Generix ERP were acquired, and that the work produced detailed functional modules and configuration requirements typical for an ERP Financial deployment.
Architecturally the program defined a target SI composed of an ERP, a central référentiel, an EAI layer, and an annuaire, with explicit definition of the required level of integration between the Generix ERP and existing group back-office capabilities. The assignment included analysis of existing back-office functionalities, evaluation of integration depth, and a cost study to inform integration and middleware choices.
Governance and rollout planning were led from the DSI, covering subsidiary and group back-office process alignment, formalization of workflows, and definition of migration scope. By implementing SAP Agricultural Contract Management, Arterris embedded Contract Lifecycle Management functionality into its member and farmer contracting practice while creating a repeatable implementation pattern for VISEO’s Agro Cooperative offering.
