SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Ireland implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting as its Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System to power candidate intake on its public careers site. The deployment positions SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management as the primary ATS for posting vacancies and capturing applicant data, aligning talent acquisition with corporate hiring workflows. The solution is delivered as a cloud-hosted SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management instance accessible via the careers portal at career5.successfactors.eu, providing job requisition management, candidate application capture, automated screening rules, and configurable candidate status workflows. Configuration emphasized requisition posting, on-site candidate experience, and pipeline management, with role-based recruiter and hiring manager interfaces and administrative dashboards for vacancy tracking. Operational ownership is with the HR and talent acquisition teams in Ireland, who use SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to orchestrate recruiting processes, manage interview and offer stages, and maintain compliance-related candidate records. Governance was implemented through approval workflows and role-based access controls to separate recruiter, hiring manager, and HR administrator responsibilities, and the careers site integration centralizes application routing into the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting instance.

OpenText Legacy OpenText MBPM Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2013
In 2013 Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Ireland implemented OpenText MBPM within its Business Process Management environment to automate guided processes under a BPO contract with Microsoft. The implementation supported a globally distributed development and operations model led by a BPM Technical Project Manager and Technical Architect between January 2013 and June 2016, and the OpenText MBPM instance was positioned as the core Business Process Management platform for day to day process orchestration. The implementation focused on designing and delivering automated guided processes using the OpenText Metastorm BPM toolset, with workstreams for process modeling, workflow automation, test orchestration and release coordination. The team applied agile delivery techniques including time boxed development cycles, daily stand ups, prioritized requirements using MoSCoW, regular product owner demos and retrospectives to drive iterative delivery and continuous refinement of process logic and user guidance. Technical architecture centered on the MIMOS platform, an integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and OpenText Metastorm BPM, with a .NET integration framework developed in C# to surface BPM-driven workflows inside CRM. Supporting components included SQL Server data stores and WCF Web Services, and the program delivered complementary Windows Store Apps built with XAML and C# to support end user interactions and system integration points. Production activities were coordinated with scheduled go live weekends and business verification testing. Governance and operationalization included feasibility assessments, change control board approvals for go live, formal user acceptance testing coordination and technical assurance for production configuration changes. Projects were completed on time and on budget while introducing agile practices, and the delivered processes were reported as being used daily by a 1000+ global workforce, demonstrating sustained operational adoption of the OpenText MBPM Business Process Management solution.

Tableau Software Legacy Tableau Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Ireland deployed Tableau to centralize operational reporting and analytics across its Ireland operations. Tableau was provisioned as the primary Analytics and BI application to support order management, returns handling and inventory reconciliation workflows. The implementation concentrated on operational dashboards and scheduled reports for Fixed Modem Orders, 14 Day Returns, Failed Deliveries, Hybris backorder reporting, and PeopleSoft order flows. Tableau visualizations and parameterized dashboards were configured to surface exceptions, enable root cause analysis across transactions, and support recurring operational reporting jobs. Integrations were established with on‑site transactional systems including Oracle, SAP, Hybris, PeopleSoft, Wismo, FB systems and the company portal, and feeds were ingested from data centre operational sources used for deliveries, collections and smart hands. The deployment covered customer service, logistics and inventory management teams at Balbriggan and Swords sites, aligning order to delivery processes with consolidated reporting. Operational governance incorporated a weekly inventory reconciliation process to align the three systems used for inventory movements, and internal training was conducted so colleagues could provide operational cover during absences. Tableau was positioned to provide a single reporting layer for these business functions, enabling standardized dashboards and repeatable reporting workflows without altering the explicit transactional systems in use.
