| Infor | Legacy | Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, Arvest Bank implemented Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence Management as part of a broader Infor Human Capital Management Cloud Suite deployment. The deployment established Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence Management, an Absence and Leave Management application supporting HR, talent, benefits and employee self-service business functions.
Modules and configuration work included Global Human Resource, Talent Acquisition/Management, Benefits, Absence Management, and Employee/Manager Self-Service. Configuration emphasis aligned with Absence and Leave Management capabilities, focusing on absence policy rules, leave entitlements, approval workflows and manager self-service processes.
The implementation was delivered on the Infor CloudSuite HCM platform and was coordinated by a cross-functional resource team of approximately 40 associates drawn from IT, business, data, infrastructure and quality organizations, with coordination of external vendor resources. Operational scope covered core HR and benefits processes and integration points were managed through team ownership rather than through named third party system references.
An IT project manager contractor from Heitmeyer Consulting managed project planning, scheduling, risk management, change management, resource management, budget management and communication management. Governance established cross-functional workflows between HR, IT, data and infrastructure teams to support staged rollout and operational handoff.

| Fiserv | Legacy | Fiserv Signature Bank Platform | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2025 | 2025 |
In 2025, Arvest Bank implemented Fiserv Signature Bank Platform, adopting the application as its Core Banking backbone. The deployment positions Fiserv Signature Bank Platform to support transaction processing, customer master services, and centralized ledger functions across Arvest’s footprint in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
The implementation emphasizes core banking modules common to the category, including deposit processing, account servicing, payment clearing and real time posting, while exposing data services for downstream credit and underwriting workflows. Configuration work targeted centralized customer data, automated posting rules and integration points that enable faster operational processing for retail and commercial banking teams.
Arvest integrated the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform with Baker Hill’s UN/FY Small Business Loan Origination platform and with Salesforce to unify customer and credit data across front and back office systems. These explicit integrations support a connected small business lending lifecycle, enabling streamlined underwriting, automated workflow handoffs and consolidated decisioning data between the loan origination and core banking environments.
Governance and rollout leveraged Arvest’s multi‑decade relationship with Baker Hill, evolving from prior Baker Hill platforms to the UN/FY environment, to align lending product workflows with the new core platform. The implementation focuses on digitizing and accelerating small business lending, reducing friction for internal teams and enabling faster loan decisioning through tighter data unification between Fiserv Signature Bank Platform, UN/FY and Salesforce.
