BI reports were produced for the management team where billing documents and related blocking issues were categorized, and ageing reports plus substantiation of provisioning calculations were used for month and year end closure activities.
Governance and process change centered on formalizing exception handling and reporting workflows, enabling business analysts and finance owners to prioritize remediation and process improvements. The ReadSoft integration with SAP provided a structured document management layer that improved traceability of billing documents and supported the finance organization in reconciling ageing and provisioning activities.
