| SnapHire | Legacy | SnapHire ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, ASB Bank implemented SnapHire ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting workflows within HR and talent acquisition. The SnapHire ATS deployment centralized requisition intake, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and offer processes across the bank's HR Systems portfolio in New Zealand. Configuration and functional scope focused on requisition management, candidate profiles and pipelines, interview scheduling, offer management, and workflow automation consistent with Applicant Tracking System capabilities. The SnapHire ATS instance was administered by the bank's HR Systems team, with configuration of role based access controls, template management, and scheduled data extracts to support operational reporting. SnapHire ATS was integrated with PayGlobal, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, IMPAC Risk Manager, and DocuSign, and reporting and analytics were delivered via SQL and Business Objects. These integrations enabled structured handoffs for payroll and HRIS reconciliation, linkage of learning and talent records, risk and compliance checks through IMPAC Risk Manager, and electronic signature of offer documentation using DocuSign. Operational governance was managed by the HR Systems function, with a Senior Systems Specialist responsible for administration and reporting of SnapHire ATS and related integrations. Governance emphasized standardized recruitment workflows, centralized administration of system configuration, and monitoring of integration processes to maintain data integrity and consistent hiring operations. | |

| Bravura Solutions | Legacy | Bravura Sonata Alta Platform | Asset and Wealth Management | Investment Management | n/a | 2017 | 2018 | In 2017, ASB Bank implemented the Bravura Sonata Alta Platform as its core administration and registry platform for KiwiSaver, retail and group investments, establishing the Bravura Sonata Alta Platform in ASB’s Asset and Wealth Management stack. The deployment targeted ASB’s wealth business that serves over 500,000 retail and employer customers and involved migrating 800,000 accounts and NZ$12 billion of funds under management into the new platform. The implementation configured Sonata to support a comprehensive product set, including KiwiSaver, superannuation master trusts, and retail and wholesale investment funds, delivering core administration, registry services, and transaction processing capabilities consistent with Asset and Wealth Management systems. ASB leveraged Sonata’s modern technical architecture to enable real-time digital offerings and to centralize account and fund administration for both retail and group investment lines. Operational coverage focused on ASB’s Wealth business and adjacent operations functions, aligning customer servicing, fund administration, and back-office processing on the Bravura Sonata Alta Platform. The program migrated customer and fund records at scale, consolidating account registry and enabling increased automation of transaction processes without naming any additional system integrations. Governance for the program was executed as a collaborative delivery between ASB and Bravura, completing the transformation in under one year and coordinating rollout, data migration and operational cutover activities across wealth operations and customer experience teams. Bravura and ASB noted increased levels of transaction process automation and operational efficiencies as direct platform capabilities, reflecting the platform’s role within ASB Bank Bravura Sonata Alta Platform Asset and Wealth Management implementations. | |
