The People, Culture & Payroll Manager served as Flare administrator, maintaining the employee information master, replicating staff files maintained in Google Docs into Flare, and owning HR policy documentation and process configuration.
The implementation operated in tandem with ADP for payroll execution, with explicit operational integrations and handoffs such as ensuring leave accuracy for payroll, initiating offboarding in both Flare and ADP, and supporting monthly and off cycle payroll processing for all Atomic 212 Group businesses. The environment also incorporated coordination for visa applications and paperwork with visa essentials, positioning Flare as the HRIS for employee records while ADP remained the payroll engine.
