Configuration work focused on aligning requisition approval flows and role based access for HR users and hiring managers, and on templated candidate communication to standardize recruiter outreach. HR4YOU-TRM was integrated with Atotech Group's careers site using HR4YOU career site generator pages to capture applications and funnel applicants into the ATS database.
