Configuration work focused on aligning requisition approval flows and role based access for HR users and hiring managers, and on templated candidate communication to standardize recruiter outreach.
HR4YOU-TRM was integrated with Atotech Group's careers site using HR4YOU career site generator pages to capture applications and funnel applicants into the ATS database. Operational scope centered on HR and recruiting teams, with the system exposing applicant records to hiring managers and recruiters and enforcing standardized recruitment workflows and data governance rules across the organization.
