Functional configuration centered on sales and aftersales workflows for BMW and MINI brands, accounting structure harmonization, and reporting dimensions to enable consolidated economic visibility consistent with the Auto Palace group structure. Operational coverage extended across sales, service, and finance functions within the dealership, aligning the local accounting chart with the structure used across the Auto Palace group to enable unified financial reporting. The implementation emphasized process acceleration and consolidation of internal workflows, leveraging incadea.dms 7.2 capabilities for transaction capture, accounting posting logic, and dimension-driven analytics. Governance and rollout were executed in collaboration with the Solitea implementation team and Auto Palace Bratislava stakeholders, the project was completed on time and the system went live on 9 March 2020. The stated business drivers for the Volaris Incadea DMS upgrade were to consolidate and accelerate internal processes and to provide detailed monitoring of the companys economic development.
