UKG Legacy UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) Core HR HCM n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Auto & General Insurance Australia implemented UKG Ready HR (ex Kronos Workforce Ready HR) to consolidate Core HR processes as part of a 12 month project executed in two release cycles. The program was delivered by the internal people systems team and included a focused role for a People Systems Administrator who drove configuration and stakeholder alignment during the rollout. UKG Ready HR was deployed with four modules, Core HR, Recruitment, Performance and Remuneration, with extensive customization of forms, workflows, notifications, reports and dashboards to match business requirements. The implementation included configuration of position structures across multiple organisations within the HRIS to maintain data integrity and support HR and talent administration. Integrations were implemented between UKG Ready HR, Aurion and ServiceNow, with the People Systems Administrator managing integration points and coordinating with consultants from multiple systems to ensure requirements were met. Operational coverage centered on HR, recruitment and performance management functions, with recruitment workflows and remuneration administration specifically enabled by the new system. Governance controls were documented and applied to all proposed and implemented changes, and the project included unit testing and user acceptance testing across release phases. Continuous improvement processes were executed while maintaining documentation and controls, and stakeholder engagement activities supported successful adoption of UKG Ready HR.
