In 2024, Gueudet deployed Nextlane DMS as part of a Nextlane platform initiative that integrated the Nextlane MaxSat customer satisfaction module to centralize survey orchestration across its BMW–MINI plaque for sales and after-sales operations in France. Gueudet implemented Nextlane DMS, a Dealership Management application supporting CRM and customer-experience workflows, to standardize feedback capture and dealer-level follow up.
The implementation configured Nextlane MaxSat to automate survey distribution, capture responses, and surface promotional reviews, with survey triggers aligned to sales handovers and after-sales events. Nextlane DMS was used to manage dealer workflows common to Dealership Management, enabling automated lead creation from survey responses and routing of promotional reviews to dealer teams.
MaxSat was integrated into the dealer ecosystem via the Nextlane platform, routing more than 28,000 survey responses into dealer channels and generating thousands of leads and promotional reviews, producing measurable CRM and customer-experience outcomes including leads and conversions. Operational coverage focused on BMW–MINI plaque sales and after-sales across Gueudet locations in France.
Governance centered on centralizing feedback collection, standardizing survey handling across sales and after-sales functions, and establishing dealer workflows for lead distribution and review management. The project emphasized process changes in customer follow-up and dealer-level handling of survey-derived leads rather than changes to other enterprise systems.
