In 2016, AutosDirect implemented Serauto DMS to provide core Dealership Management capabilities for its Alicante Province operations. The deployment targeted administrative and commercial workflows for a 15 person automotive dealer, aligning the application with business management and executive assistant responsibilities documented for the Administrative Assistant Automocion role from May 2016 to March 2019.
Serauto DMS was configured to handle sales and purchase administration, invoicing, and vehicle transfer processing, reflecting the dealer level operational needs for document generation and transaction tracking. Configuration work emphasized structured workflows for sales approvals, invoicing sequences, and transfer state management, and included setup of master records for vehicles and customer entities to support day to day operations.
The implementation incorporated interoperability between Serauto DMS and Bosch workshop software to synchronize dealership and workshop workflows, enabling coordinated service and aftersales operations. Governance centralized administrative ownership with the Administrative Assistant responsible for daily system operation and process execution, and standard operating procedures were established to coordinate sales administration, invoicing, and vehicle transfer tasks across the site.
