In 2022, Auxilion implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as an ERP Financial solution to consolidate finance, inventory and reporting workflows. Auxilion was already using Microsoft Dynamics CRM while operating two separate finance systems that could not keep pace with the companys growth, creating a clear requirement for a single, end to end financial platform.
Pro Strategy was engaged to lead the project, conducting discovery and workshops to design a Business Central configuration centered on a centralised data repository and up to date reporting. The implementation delivered fully integrated financials spanning store EPOS transactions through to Head Office General Ledger, and included configuration for stock and inventory controls and supply chain functional flows.
The deployment integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Auxilions Dynamics CRM environment to unify customer and financial transactional data and to support finance and commercial workflows. Operational coverage documented during the project included finance, supply chain management, and Head Office accounting, with at least 9 staff members reported using the solution during initial roll out.
Governance followed staged phases labeled Discovery, Inspire and Design, Build and Implement, and Transform and Grow, with Pro Strategy running workshops and staff upskilling activities that received a five star rating. The programme explicitly targeted improved supply chain function, stock and inventory management and centralized financial reporting as primary outcomes.
