In 2021, AvaSure implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial system. The IT Director and Facilities Manager at AvaSure led the effort, combining implementation duties with roadmap development, proof of concept support for identified MVP products, and ongoing administrative oversight.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to provide core financial management capabilities including general ledger consolidation, accounts payable and receivable workflows, and revenue accounting consistent with ERP Financial best practices. Configuration work emphasized configurable financial modules, chart of accounts alignment, and automated tax calculation touchpoints to support integrated tax services.
The implementation included explicit integrations with ADP Workforce Now for payroll and workforce data synchronization, and with Avalara AvaTax for automated tax calculation and reporting, both of which were connected directly to Oracle NetSuite ERP. The broader application topology also incorporated an extended integration between Dynamics 365 CRM and Oracle NetSuite ERP, and the IT team managed a prior migration and marriage of two disparate data systems into Dynamics 365 CRM to support downstream ERP integration. Operational coverage spanned finance, HR, and CRM/Sales functions.
Governance was driven by the company IT leadership, with project management of Dynamics 365 post-Go Live activities, edits and new content development, and coordination of integration touchpoints. Change control and ongoing administration responsibilities were retained in-house, with the IT Director supporting roadmap planning, POC validation, and extended integration oversight to ensure data consistency across ERP Financial, payroll, tax, and CRM systems.
