In 2022 Aviso embedded MachEye into its RevOps and sales platform in the United States to provide natural language driven analytics and search for deal and pipeline interrogation, using MachEye as the Analytics and BI capability within sales workflows. The deployment focused on in‑application intelligent search that lets sales managers ask ad hoc questions about deals, pipelines and risks, surfacing analytics without leaving the Aviso interface.
The implementation centered on MachEye natural language intelligent search and analytics embedding, configured to interpret conversational queries and return deal level context, pipeline rollups and risk indicators. Functionally this delivered an in‑app question and answer experience for sales managers and RevOps teams, increasing end user self service for analytics tasks and reducing reliance on engineering or support for ad hoc reporting.
Integration was executed as an embedded analytics layer inside Aviso's existing RevOps and sales application in the United States, maintaining operational coverage for sales managers and sales operations personnel. The work integrated search driven analytics directly into sales workflows so that insights appear inline with deal and pipeline views rather than as a separate reporting portal.
Governance and operational change emphasized self service adoption, shifting routine query resolution away from support and engineering toward sales operations and line managers, aligning roles for analytics consumption. The May 2022 case study reports improved time to insight, reduced support and engineering costs, and increased user self service as explicit outcomes of the MachEye integration.
