Orgvue Skills Management created a centralized, auditable skills inventory and structured data model that allowed HR teams to assess fit and simulate placement options across defined workstreams.
Operational governance remained HR centric, with outputs used by selection and placement business functions across the 22 workstreams. The implementation produced an auditable, faster mechanism to allocate people into roles and saved around 400 days of analysis by accelerating skills capture and modeling.

Operational coverage centered on UK claims operations and legal functions, supporting coordination between claims handlers, in house legal teams, and external counsel working on multi party litigation. The deployment served to centralize administration of insurer instructions for high value claims, standardize workflows, and provide a single system of record for complex matters.
Governance and process controls were applied at the instruction and matter level to manage workflows, assignment, and documentation during settlements and recoveries. The engagement outcome explicitly included a contribution to a reported multi party settlement and insurer recoveries as part of Keoghs and Aviva collaboration.
