Operational coverage spanned production, quality, warehousing, despatch, and reporting teams across the Avondale Foods UK sites, with ZetesMedea handling logistics execution while D365 served financials, costing, and production control.
Governance emphasized a strong client project team, cross departmental communication, and a clearly defined cutover plan where data migration was a critical element of the go live. Post go live planning and prioritization of reporting requirements were treated as explicit deliverables, and Sysco Software Solutions coordinated custom developments to enhance quality management around allergens and shelf life alongside configuration of standard costing and production scheduling.

Point74 was integrated with the D365 Finance and Operations environment and with third party systems including Zetes, EDI, NiceLabel, and ISV Docentric to retain and streamline existing workflows. Shop floor and warehouse scanning solutions were transitioned to Anywhere Production Control and Anywhere Logistics Advanced replacing Dynaway Blu and RF Smart, and a data warehousing layer was introduced to pull D365 data into reporting cubes consumed in Power BI and Excel.
The deployment covered manufacturing production control, warehouse pick and despatch, and quality management across Avondale Foods operations, with explicit emphasis on cross departmental communication and a client project team governance model. Data migration was treated as a primary element of the Go Live cutover, and agreeing a post go live plan and clarifying reporting requirements were defined as project priorities.
