In 2020 Axiom Bank implemented CSI NuPoint as its Core Banking platform, transitioning from Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform. The engagement spanned March 2020 to April 2023 and encompassed bank wide core processing and branch operations across Axiom Bank’s footprint in Maitland, Florida.
CSI NuPoint was configured to support core deposit processing, teller operations, account maintenance and loan servicing workflows consistent with Core Banking functional expectations. Implementation work included server builds and virtualization, laptop and desktop imaging, and configuration of Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments to host application services and supporting utilities. The CSI NuPoint deployment was instrumented alongside Office 365 productivity tooling and standard desktop software such as Adobe Standard.
The implementation integrated CSI NuPoint with enterprise authentication and delivery layers, using Active Directory for user identity and Citrix Studio for application delivery to branch and remote users. Operational integrations included print servers, MaaS360 for device management, and hands on troubleshooting and support for cash and coin recyclers at branch sites. The project covered branch opening and clearing processes, ensuring teller and branch systems were provisioned and validated during cutover.
Governance and operationalization included formal onboarding and offboarding procedures tied to Active Directory access provisioning, documented IT service levels for all banking departments, and support for Disaster Recovery testing. The IT team produced knowledge documents and user friendly manuals and conducted training for new hires within IT to sustain CSI NuPoint operations and day to day troubleshooting. CSI NuPoint served as the bank’s primary Core Banking system following the transition from Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform.

In 2008 Axiom Bank implemented Asurity RisKExec. Asurity RisKExec, Apps Category , was deployed to centralize compliance monitoring, risk assessment workflows and regulatory reporting across the bank.
The Asurity RisKExec implementation concentrated on compliance modules and transaction monitoring capabilities to support HMDA and CRA data collection, HMDA LAR preparation and submission workflows, periodic reviews of correspondent loans, dormant accounts, Reg CC and warehouse loan monitoring, and flood insurance policy tracking. Configuration included audit evidence capture, case management and corrective action tracking, and template-based audit report generation to document findings and recommendations.
Operational responsibility rested with the bank compliance function, where staff used Asurity RisKExec to prepare and review HMDA data, assist branch quarterly audits, and ensure risks were reported to executive management and the Board of Directors. Compliance personnel operated the system with working knowledge of Fiserv Cleartouch and Director systems, participated on the CRA committee, and embedded training and follow-up review steps into governance workflows.
