Operational integrations were implemented using Pega Constellation UI to connect case and process flows with core enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP, reducing support complexity and streamlining handoffs between front and back office. The deployment covered commercial and retail loan approval pathways and targeted both customer facing and back office operations, aligning process automation with existing CRM and ERP data flows. Governance and rollout followed an agile oriented approach to accelerate delivery and standardize processes across jurisdictions. Outcomes reported by the program include more than 10X faster time to market with the new agile approach, improved decision making with AI powered insights, streamlined operations through automated manual processes, and improved scalability enabled by Pega Constellation UI.
