The cloud enabled architecture replaced the previous on premises server model, reducing infrastructure maintenance and consolidating global operations into a single SaaS platform.
Governance and rollout used a relationship centered change management approach, combining segmented communications, guides, and local feedback loops with strong leadership sponsorship.
