| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 B&H Photo implemented FIS GETPAID as an AR Automation solution to formalize credit and collections workflows. The engagement was executed in the United States and began with a detailed blueprinting phase where subject matter experts defined business rules, data models, and collector role profiles to align FIS GETPAID with B&H Photo accounts receivable objectives.
During blueprinting the team scoped core FIS GETPAID functional areas typical of AR Automation, including credit decisioning and account scoring, automated collections workqueues and dunning sequences, dispute handling and promise to pay tracking, and operational reporting for aging and collector performance. Configuration emphasis was placed on rule-based segmentation, correspondence templates, and workflow automation to support collector assignment and escalation logic.
Governance and process design work focused on shaping accounts receivable and credit department workflows, defining service level agreements for collections activities, and documenting approval and exception processes for credit limits and write-offs. The subject matter expert role concentrated on translating business policy into FIS GETPAID configuration requirements and a deployment blueprint, with integration touch points and technical interfaces to be formalized during subsequent implementation phases.

| Dayforce | Legacy | Ceridian Dayforce Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 B&H Photo implemented Ceridian Dayforce Benefits as its Benefits Administration solution for its approximately 2,000 employee retail operation in the United States. Ceridian Dayforce Benefits was configured to support benefits enrollment, eligibility administration, and employee record-keeping while aligning with payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, and onboarding workflows.
The deployment included configuration of functional modules for benefits administration, payroll interfacing, time and attendance, recruiting record-keeping, and an organizational chart module. HRIS teams led workflow configuration, testing cycles, and company-wide rollouts, and they revamped the organizational structure within Dayforce to align business units and reporting relationships.
Integrations and data centralization were explicit parts of the plan, with collaboration underway between HRIS and IT on Microsoft Identity Management MIM to centralize employee-related data into Dayforce. The implementation also aligned with external vendor arrangements for transit benefits through WageWorks, while routine exports and updates were brought under internal control to improve operational efficiency.
Governance was centralized under the HRIS lead who managed data accuracy, auditing processes, SQL-driven reporting, and ongoing maintenance of the org chart and benefits configuration. Operational processes were restructured so managers could track and request job openings through Dayforce, and new auditing controls were implemented to strengthen compliance across HR, payroll, and benefits functions.
Documented outcomes tied to the Ceridian Dayforce Benefits implementation included improved data accuracy across payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and recruiting, restoration of full reporting inclusion for over 1,000 employees during the Ceridian transition, and approximately $20K in annual cost savings from internalizing exports and updates. These results reflect the combined effects of module configuration, governance changes, and integration work around Ceridian Dayforce Benefits.

| Unito.io | Legacy | Unito Sync Platform | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, B&H Photo implemented Unito Sync Platform for Business Process Management across merchandising, web content, and product teams in New York. The implementation established bidirectional synchronization of ClickUp, Jira and Smartsheet to accelerate content production and remove duplicate work.
Configuration centered on bidirectional flows with field mapping and synchronization rules to preserve work item fidelity between systems, and Unito Sync Platform provided onboarding support so teams could continue using their preferred tools. Capabilities used included real-time sync, centralized visibility for planning and reporting, and control over which attributes and updates flow between tools.
Integrations were explicitly with ClickUp, Jira and Smartsheet, enabling operational continuity across merchandising, web content and product teams without consolidating toolsets. Governance combined Unito onboarding with team-level controls to set sync scopes, update policies and visibility for planners and content managers.
B&H Photo leveraged Unito Sync Platform as a Business Process Management layer to support content production workflows, and the deployment delivered approximately 3,276 hours saved per year and roughly $130,000 in annual savings. The project preserved tool autonomy while creating centralized reporting and planning visibility across the integrated systems.
