AlayaCare Procura was configured to support client scheduling and rostering workflows, billing rules and payroll interfaces, with functional emphasis on compliance-driven configuration and user stories developed through business systems analysis. System configuration work included process improvement and operations management inputs to align local franchise procedures with national office expected outcomes.
The implementation integrated AlayaCare Procura with existing enterprise systems referenced in project planning, including Aurion for payroll orchestration and Oracle NetSuite for financial and invoicing processes, while feeding analytics to Looker and PowerBI. Operational tooling and support ecosystems included Microsoft 365 for documentation and collaboration, Sugar CRM for client relationship records and Emplive for workforce engagement, enabling a connected Home Care Management operational stack.
Governance and rollout were led by operations and business systems teams who performed requirements gathering, authored user stories and guided franchise operations to adopt standardized processes.
