Oracle SAP Business One Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Bailey Nelson New Zealand implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to establish a single global platform for finance and inventory management. The implementation addressed rapid international growth across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom, consolidating country-level general ledgers and replacing SAP Business One in the consolidation effort. Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured as an ERP Financial platform with core financials and general ledger consolidation, multi-currency accounting, and centralized inventory management. The deployment included supply chain visibility capabilities and financial reporting workflows to generate timely consolidated financials across multi-location retail operations. The architecture moved the business to a unified cloud ERP instance that consolidated disparate country ledgers and multi-location inventory records, aligning finance and supply chain data across approximately 70 stores. Integrations focused on linking transactional store and inventory feeds into the central ledger, enabling one source of truth for inventory visibility and financial close processes. Governance changes emphasized central control of chart of accounts and consolidated close processes, accompanied by a staff upskilling program to increase system adoption. Bailey Nelson New Zealand identified Oracle NetSuite ERP Planning and Budgeting as a potential future addition, while already reporting improved visibility over inventory, supply chain and financial processes through the single platform.

Humanforce Legacy Humanforce Time and Attendance (formerly TimeTarget) Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Bailey Nelson New Zealand deployed Humanforce Time and Attendance (formerly TimeTarget) to manage hourly workforce scheduling and attendance across its retail operations. The implementation addressed core Time and Attendance requirements for a 60 employee retail chain operating in New Zealand. Humanforce Time and Attendance was configured to support roster management, employee clocking and timesheet capture, leave and unavailability management, and exception handling workflows. Configuration emphasized automated shift publishing, scheduled rostering, and rules-based time capture consistent with Time and Attendance functional expectations. Operational coverage included in-store scheduling and head office workforce administration, with the system used by store managers and HR for day to day scheduling, timekeeping, and compliance with store operating hours. Deployment scope remained focused on retail sites and central administrative functions rather than enterprise scale extensions. Governance and process changes centered on centralized rostering rules, manager approval workflows for leave and shift swaps, and role based access for store managers and HR administrators. The project leveraged the companys high level of experience with workforce and Microsoft platforms to accelerate configuration and in-house adoption, enabling local administrators to maintain schedules and adjust rules without external implementation partners.
