BV created a distributed Data Coach model, initially placing 20 analysts into business areas and maintaining a central team of data coaches, and established an analytics guild on the Teams platform alongside targeted trainings and workshops to sustain adoption and accountability. Reported operational outcomes were explicit, Banco BV eliminated the exchange of Excel files via email for key reporting, commercial areas moved to monitor goal attainment through Tableau, and an internal study linked frequent Tableau use by sales staff to a 33% improvement in achieving commercial goals.
