In 2017, Bank Mega implemented MinovaHR as its Core HR application. The rollout targeted the HR Division and MIS and HRIS functions in the Greater Jakarta Area, with the implementation operating alongside an existing PRO-INT HR application and other internal HR data sources.
MinovaHR was configured to support Employee Self Service and administrative HR web application modules, with development work focused on ESS workflows, administrative user interfaces, and compensation related calculation support used in annual merit increase and bonus processes. The HRIS footprint included reporting and analytics capabilities for employee demography, turnover, cost per employee, and HC operations risk, reflecting combined data models created from multiple internal databases.
Operational architecture emphasized a formal development to production lifecycle, including application development, testing, user acceptance testing, and supervised production code releases. Bank Mega maintained several servers that support employee access to HR web applications, performed database maintenance and archiving for HR Division data, and consolidated data from multiple resource databases for reporting and workforce planning.
Governance and rollout management were led by HRIS and MIS specialists who acted as user project managers, coordinating IT application development, IT project management, and vendor activity. The program included vendor supervision for feature development and bug fixes, training end users on HR applications, monitoring UAT execution by business users, and managing issue resolution and production releases for MinovaHR.

In 2015 Bank Mega implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The deployment focused on branch and regional operations across Jakarta, Central Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi to support retail and corporate banking functions and to centralize transaction processing and account lifecycle management.
Temenos T24 was configured to deliver core modules including account management, deposit processing, loan servicing, transaction processing, and general ledger functionality, with configuration choices aligned to Bank Mega Operational Work Standard. The implementation emphasized risk and compliance capabilities typical of Core Banking systems, providing auditability, transactional traceability, and system-driven controls that Bank Mega staff with T24 system skill used for operational oversight.
Operational coverage extended to Bank Mega branch offices and regional offices where internal audit executed regular audits in accordance with the Bank Mega Annual Audit Plan. Internal audit activities used Temenos T24 data to identify problems and risks across working units, assess and evaluate units, and supervise management control and management rules as part of routine operational governance.
Governance changes formalized management control reviews into recurring audit cycles and leveraged Temenos T24 reporting to support assessments and evaluations. Audit findings documented during these cycles included instances of fraud and MegaFirst potential loss, which informed supervision, control reinforcement, and targeted risk mitigation actions.
