Operational coverage included finance, supply chain, manufacturing planning and warehouse operations across Bauer Hockey locations in the United States. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 application acted as the transactional backbone connecting these business functions. Governance incorporated formal change management controls to meet SOX requirements, including documentation of technical specifications, test plans and controlled transport procedures. The program included participation in support pack and enhancement pack upgrades, with ongoing ABAP development to support bug fixes, testing cycles and continuous solution refinement.

Regular operational controls included monthly benefit invoice reconciliation and the transmittal of weekly and biweekly management payroll reports, with Benefitfocus Benefitplace used as the authoritative benefits administration record.
