A Sr Salesforce Field Service Consultant led configuration and parameterization, focusing on appointment orchestration, mobile forms for onsite capture, and rule-based scheduling to align technician skills with service demand.
Architecturally the solution was provisioned on the Salesforce platform and was implemented to operate alongside Salesforce CRM records, enabling case to work order conversion and preserving customer context within service workflows. The implementation emphasized API-ready data models and platform-native objects to maintain a single source of customer and service truth within Salesforce.
Governance centered on role-based access controls, defined service process workflows, and a phased rollout across field operations to limit operational disruption. Training and operational playbooks were introduced for dispatchers and field technicians to support consistent service execution and adherence to the new system-driven workflows.
