Epicor Cash Collect was provisioned with core AR Automation capabilities including automated collections workflows, cash application and payment matching, configurable dunning and customer statement generation, and dispute tracking. In 2019, Baylis Medical implemented Gallup Q12 as its Employee Engagement instrument to measure team engagement across commercial and clinical functions. Operational scope centered on the South-Central Region where the Regional Manager led a team structure that included six Sales Representatives, six Clinical Specialists, and one Certified Clinical Field Trainer, and during rollout the region realigned territory lines and added four new sales reps and four clinical roles across two expansion sales territories. Gallup Q12 data was applied within regional governance to support staffing decisions, promotions including three doctor promotions, and to monitor morale while the team adapted distance selling protocols during the COVID-19 period.
Outcomes reported alongside the Gallup Q12 program include a 2019/2020 Q12 Engagement Score of 4.86 and a 2020/2021 Q12 Engagement Score of 4.94, with the South-Central Region finishing number one out of nine regions globally. Commercial performance figures reported during the same intervals include sales of 17 million in 2019/20 with 102 percent PTQ and 39 percent growth and sales of 24 million in 2020/21 with 106 percent PTQ and 64 percent growth, while a high percentage of the team exceeded plan.
