Governance and rollout emphasized staged dealer onboarding and operational alignment between retail banking and motor finance teams, with controls around personalization rules, data handling and consent expected to support consistent customer engagement. The deployment positions iVendi Engage as the Customer Engagement platform within BDK Bank for personalised search driven vehicle commerce and integrated finance pre assessment workflows.
