Integrations centered on embedding finance pre assessments into the shopping experience and linking dealer facing portals with the consumer storefront, enabling dealers and consumers to initiate motor finance pre assessments inline with vehicle discovery. Operational coverage was Germany wide, with the marketplace designed to scale across hundreds to thousands of dealers and to support both dealer and consumer business functions in retail motor finance and dealer relationship management. Governance and rollout emphasized staged dealer onboarding and operational alignment between retail banking and motor finance teams, with controls around personalization rules, data handling and consent expected to support consistent customer engagement. The deployment positions iVendi Engage as the Customer Engagement platform within BDK Bank for personalised search driven vehicle commerce and integrated finance pre assessment workflows. |
