Governance and operational rollout emphasized process documentation, training of new Operations team members, and cross functional coordination with Health Services, Benefits and Payroll. IgniteTech Infobright DB was configured as Infobright Enterprise Edition to serve as the analytic storage and query engine feeding BI and reporting workflows. Implementation focused on data warehouse and business intelligence capabilities, including high-performance analytical queries, data compression and support for dashboard visualizations and scheduled reporting.
Integrations included the Zend application tier and consolidated feeds from ERP, HR, manufacturing and financial systems to centralize reporting datasets for the Premier application. Operational scope covered enterprise reporting across finance, HR and manufacturing functions within the United States, unifying cross-domain datasets for downstream analytics.
Within months of deployment the implementation produced measurable outcomes, including up to 500% faster analytic queries and approximately 10:1 compression of datasets. Those outcomes improved BI responsiveness and dashboard performance for finance, HR and manufacturing reporting.
