The IBM AS/400 is used to enter employee detail including workers compensation claims and doctor documentation, supporting bargaining unit transaction processing and on-site operational records.
Governance and operational control were organized around plant-level Thermoset Operations Support responsibilities, including providing direction and support to bargaining unit employees and maintaining attendance and accident reporting records in the AS/400.
