In 2018, Beter Horen implemented Mail to Pay on its public website as a Debt Collection and Recovery solution to centralize collection workflows and capture online payments. Beter Horen deployed Mail to Pay to add embedded website payment capture and customer self service resolution to its accounts receivable function, positioning Mail to Pay within the company billing and collection touchpoints.
