ExFlow AP was integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX to surface requisitions and approval status, and the project team implemented OCI punch-out catalogue connectivity so web shopping cart orders could flow into existing procure to pay requisition and approval workflows. Operational coverage spanned procurement, accounts payable and finance process owners, with IT responsible for system configuration and workflow orchestration. Governance work included a full review and realignment of user access roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics AX, plus rollout of standardized workflow governance, documentation, and training to embed automated procure to pay procedures. Project management emphasis was on stabilizing post go-live operations and institutionalizing the automated invoice processing capability at Bethanie.

Configuration and functional enablement centered on clinical and operational modules including incident reporting, therapy activities logs, nutrition and dietary information, pain clinic interventions, skin care research tools, and patient assessments expiry alerts. AlayaCare Procura was configured with master data setups, ETL routines, and integrated reporting capability, and a certified Procura Reports developer delivered more than 30 reports that were deployed successfully in production for the last two years. Architecturally the implementation relied on API development and ETL to stitch Procura into the application ecosystem, with explicit integrations to Chris21, RosterOn, Oracle ERP, Infor SunSystems, and journal creation workflows into Dynamics Ax ERP. Ongoing technical operations included database management, service pack installations, execution of database maintenance scripts, development of T-SQL and PL/SQL queries for reports, SSRS and Power BI visualization, and maintenance of approximately 29 in-house VBA applications that fed operational reporting and data transformations. Governance and support processes were formalized through deployments, system configuration and version upgrade routines, creation of SRS and DFD artifacts, testing of enhancements and patches, production of user manuals and help files, and structured end-user training and support during performance incidents. API maintenance and vendor liaison were included as part of the support model, establishing repeatable operational workflows for AlayaCare Procura within Bethanie's Home Care Management environment.
