In 2016, Beyonics began a 17 month implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP across five business locations in four countries. The deployment was scoped to the ERP Financial category and targeted integration of financial processes with manufacturing operations to support operational and corporate objectives.
The implementation included configuration and process re engineering to support finance, project accounting, and operational traceability, with dashboards and analytics instrumented for continual optimization. Oracle Cloud ERP was used as the core transactional and financial system while process engineering workstreams re defined workflows for manufacturing cost capture, project specific billing, and inventory valuation.
The program delivered integration between the cloud ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems, providing shop floor to ERP connectivity for end to end operational and financial processes. Integrations covered multiple business lines including printed circuit board assembly, aluminum die casting, plastic injection molding, metal stamping, and tool making, and included customer and project specific MES implementations for PCBA and electronics assembly completed in approximately half the usual implementation duration.
Governance emphasized process re engineering and iterative optimization, with analytics dashboards used to track Fusion investment value and operational KPIs. The platform was expanded to enable manufacturing digitization, automation and traceability, aligning the ERP Financial implementation with Industry 4.0 objectives and ongoing operational modernization.

In 2022, Beyonics implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as part of a broader Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications deployment. Oracle Cloud HCM, serving Core HR functions, was configured to standardize and unify HR processes and data across Beyonics factories in Singapore, China, Malaysia, and Thailand.
The deployment was executed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and paired with Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Analytics Cloud to centralize personnel, payroll, and workforce planning data. Oracle Cloud HCM configuration emphasized unified employee and manager workflows, integrated approvals, and data validation to reduce manual input errors and shorten approval cycles.
Oracle Analytics Cloud aggregates data from Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM to deliver a single view of cross-functional KPIs and multi‑level reporting for executives and line managers. The implementation also ties Oracle CX for sales pipeline visibility and provides a centralized platform accessible from any device to support operations across multiple sites.
Beyonics worked with Oracle Consulting to establish implementation parameters and to execute the rollout on schedule, with governance focused on standardized processes, common data models, and online cascading of KPIs. Operational controls and workflow restructuring centralized HR processes and aligned manager and employee actions through progress tracking and integrated approvals.
Reported outcomes include a unified global data view that streamlined processes, improved financial visibility, and enabled more intelligent buying through customer inventory and availability insights. Beyonics also identified the potential to accelerate integration between the centralized Oracle platform and its Manufacturing Execution System and Industry 4.0 framework.
