The implementation was led by Financial Controller Roger McPherson and a project team including the HR Manager, Health Club Manager and Operations Manager, who managed supplier evaluation, reference site checks and configuration planning. RITEQ supplied an in-depth configuration document and delivered meticulous training during rollout, and the team resolved staff concerns about biometric data usage with vendor support.
Functional modules implemented included automated time and attendance capture with vein recognition biometric authentication to prevent buddy clocking, configurable shift and role handling for department heads, and an automated payroll export.
