The internal program team also provided day to day operational support, assisted the General Manager and operated as acting General Manager when requested, which dovetailed payroll and HR administration with operational rostering and payroll execution. The ReadyTech HR3 Payroll deployment was implemented as part of the organization’s systems modernization efforts and later supported acquisition-related activities, including due diligence and audit processes during the 2016 acquisition of City Sightseeing Pty Ltd. Governance emphasis included aligning payroll procedures with HR controls, formalizing pay run processes and embedding compliance documentation to support ongoing audits and operational continuity.
