| Microsoft | Microsoft Dynamics AX | Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Clinton National Airport implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial system, replacing Microsoft Dynamics AX to establish stronger controls over capital budgets after an annual audit highlighted gaps. The Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment was scoped to support capital project finance and accounts payable workflows, and to enable direct integration with Procore project financials used on major programs such as the $60 million Taxiway Charlie project.
The implementation focused on configuring the ERP Financial ledgers and accounts payable processes to accept approved invoices and company Schedule of Values originating from Procore, aligning Procore Work Breakdown Structure segments to project cost accounts in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Standard financial controls were applied to payment processing and reimbursement workflows, with the ERP receiving invoice-level detail and posting distributions according to the project finance mapping established between systems.
Operational integration connected Procore project financials and analytics to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, enabling automated population of federal reimbursement forms through the distribution of cost spreadsheets derived from Procore Work Breakdown Structure. The integrated environment supported finance, project management, and procurement functions across airport capital projects, and allowed reporting on multiple funding sources and DBE participation to internal stakeholders, the seven-member commission, and external funders.
Governance and process changes centralized invoice generation and approval in Procore while using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations for final payment execution and reimbursement processing, shortening payment cycles and improving compliance reporting. As an outcome explicitly reported by the airport, invoice processing times that previously took six to eight weeks were reduced to less than 30 days, and the combined Procore plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations configuration delivered live project financial analytics and more auditable controls for federally funded capital projects.

In 2014, Clintonairport implemented DXC Eclipse DAXEAM as its Enterprise Asset Management platform to centralize asset and maintenance operations. The deployment targeted airport asset lifecycle management and operational maintenance workflows across airside and terminal infrastructure.
DXC Eclipse DAXEAM was configured to deliver core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including an asset register, work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection and audit workflows, and spare parts inventory management. Configuration emphasized structured maintenance planning, automated work order generation for scheduled inspections, and role based access controls for maintenance technicians and engineering staff.
Operational coverage extended to maintenance, engineering, facilities management and airfield operations at Clintonairport, consolidating asset records into a single system of record and standardizing maintenance processes for airfield equipment, terminal systems and ground service assets. The implementation was sized to align with the organizations operational scale and departmental responsibilities.
Rollout and governance leveraged a partner led commercial and delivery model developed by UXC Eclipse, with partner enablement, demo facilitation and discovery sessions used to maintain deal momentum. That channel building effort enabled partners such as Ideaca, Hitachi, Crowe, Junction, Tyler, MCA Connect, Fine Solutions and CGI to present and deliver DXC Eclipse DAXEAM to customers, with named wins documented during the engagement period.

| Procore Technologies, Inc. | Legacy | Procore Analytics | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Clintonairport implemented Procore Analytics as part of a move to strengthen controls after an annual audit highlighted gaps in capital budget oversight, deploying Procore Analytics within its broader Procore project financials environment to address the reporting needs of large programs such as the $60 million Taxiway Charlie project. The implementation aligns with the Analytics and BI category and anchored reporting and compliance workflows to live data in Procore Analytics for company level visibility across construction programs and funding sources.
The deployment prioritized the Work Breakdown Structure capability and Procore project financials, configured with a customized framework of segments, tags, and rules to enable granular tracking and standardized Schedule of Values mapping for unit price contracts. Procore Analytics was used to attach company level reports and produce live financial and compliance reports, while the Work Breakdown Structure enabled translation of quantity based contract lines into owner focused SOV entries for invoice and progress tracking.
Integrations included an explicit, operational connection to Microsoft Dynamics 365, where invoices approved in Procore are pushed for payment processing in the ERP and cost distributions populate the SF 271 reimbursement fields. Operational coverage spanned project controls, finance, procurement and compliance teams, and the implementation supported reporting to internal stakeholders including the airport commission, city boards, and policy personnel.
Governance changes centered on process standardization and tagging rules, shifting several manual reconciliation steps into automated workflows within Procore Analytics and the WBS configuration, and establishing a consistent submission and approval flow for invoices and reimbursements. The setup required defining what to report and structuring the data model to meet federal reporting requirements, including DBE tracking tied to funding source buckets.
Outcomes documented in the implementation include Procore Analytics providing live, at the moment financial reporting for stakeholders and the conversion of invoice processing from a six to eight week cycle to payments clearing in less than 30 days. The system also enabled accurate, up to date DBE and funding source reporting to satisfy FAA and DOT requirements and to support timely federal reimbursements.
