Development work included SQL based data imports and exports, stored procedure modifications, API endpoint definition, automated GUI and API test suites built in Katalon Studio, and user acceptance testing to validate controlled releases. Operational integrations documented during the engagement included SailPoint identity governance workflows, Actimize for retail deposit KYC tracking, OFSAA, DRM and Axiom SL configurators aligned to loan accounting flows, Oracle Responsys for communications orchestration, and Black Knight Financial Services Empower and Lending Space loan origination components referenced for loan processing. Release control and traceability used Rally and JIRA to ensure only approved features were included in releases, and teams participated in Scrum of Scrum to coordinate cross team release plans and dependencies. Delivery governance combined agile coaching with organizational change, with multiple agile teams operating in two week sprints, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, communities of practice and coaching on Scrum and Kanban techniques to raise agile maturity. The program established formal review and approval gates involving Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending and Audit for communications and letter build workflows, and produced a unified case handling application that centralized workflows for customer care analysts to accelerate fraud event processing.
