| Flare HR | Legacy | Flare Onboarding | Onboarding | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019, Bondi Pizza implemented Flare Onboarding to centralize Onboarding within its Human Resources function and address staffing and compliance as the business expanded. The deployment focused on configuring onboarding workflows to capture visa data as a required part of new hire processing for its Australia operations. Flare Onboarding was configured to activate the vendor's visa tracking feature, making upload of current visa information mandatory during the onboarding sequence. Notification rules were implemented to issue alerts 60 days before any visa expiry, and the system was set to generate a quarterly reminder prompting HR to verify visa validity through VEVO. The implementation automated manual verification tasks by routing visa documents into structured staff records and attaching event-driven alerts to those records. Configuration work included mandatory data fields, time-based notification triggers, and onboarding form validation to ensure compliance information is recorded consistently. Operationally, Bondi Pizza's HR team uses Flare Onboarding for ongoing visa compliance and onboarding administration across frontline and support roles. As a result of the configuration, Bondi Pizza no longer needs to review each employee staff file manually for visa expiry, relying instead on Flare Onboarding automated notifications and the VEVO check cadence. |
