| ADP | Legacy | ADP Workforce Now | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Bosley implemented ADP Workforce Now to centralize Core HR and payroll operations across its United States entities. The deployment covered seven company codes within Bosley, supporting an average employee count of 500 per company code and fitting into the broader organization headcount of 1600 employees.
The implementation focused on organizing, updating and auditing payroll changes using ADP Workforce Now together with ADP HRB products. Configuration work addressed multi-frequency payroll processing requirements, with Bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly and Monthly payroll cadences configured per company code, and functional capabilities centered on payroll processing, employee record management and audit workflow configuration.
Operational scope emphasized payroll and HR operations teams responsible for processing and change management across the seven legal entities. Processes were designed to capture payroll change requests, enforce approval sequences and maintain audit trails inside ADP Workforce Now and supporting ADP HRB products to ensure consistent payroll schedules and employee data handling across codes.
Governance work included instituting structured payroll change control and auditing processes, aligning approval workflows to the different payroll frequencies, and defining recordkeeping practices within ADP Workforce Now. The implementation therefore linked Core HR system configuration with operational payroll governance to standardize change tracking and auditability across Bosley’s company codes.
