The deployment emphasized core AP Automation capabilities in BasWare Alusta, including PO and non PO invoice processing, cost coding, and GL coding. The configuration routed invoices into role based task lists, specifically directing items to PA's task lists for review and processing, and supported ad hoc AP tasks and projects through configurable workflow steps.
Operational coverage centered on accounts payable and finance teams across multiple branch sites, with day to day processing handled by AP clerks and PA reviewers. The implementation narrative describes functional workflows consistent with AP Automation, namely invoice capture through Invoice Ready, automated routing to designated task queues, and coding approvals prior to payment processing.
Governance was implemented around workflow routing and task list ownership, with PA task lists and GL/cost coding controls embedded in BasWare Alusta to standardize processing across branches. Configuration work emphasized streamlined data migration paths, domain consolidation, and infrastructure recommendations designed to support maintainability by BrandSafway personnel.
The WFC Group served as the implementation and advisory partner, providing technical engineering, project management, pre sales engagement, and executive coordination to meet tight deadlines and budget constraints. The engagement covered domain migration, on premise environment stabilization, and guidance on infrastructure improvements to reduce operational friction for the global application team and BrandSafway end users.
Governance and rollout were structured around a short window cutover, with The WFC Group advising on operational handoff so BrandSafway teams could maintain the environment going forward. Outcomes reported by BrandSafway included reduced risk, improved infrastructure stability, time and cost savings, and retained The WFC Group for ongoing support.
