In 2013 BRICORAMA upgraded SAP Business Suite in an ERP Financial context, executing an enhancement package move from EHP0 to EHP5 alongside a Unicode conversion and a database change to Sybase. The implementation targeted retail operational processes across sales, procurement and inventory and was positioned within the company SAP Business Suite footprint supporting ERP Financial functionality.
The technical scope included the EHP0 to EHP5 application stack upgrade, Unicode enablement and a platform cutover to Sybase. Workstreams documented in the program focused on functional testing and correction of erroneous custom programs, with explicit remediation activities to fix anomaly programs that were impacted by the Unicode conversion and EHP compatibility requirements.
Functional modules addressed during the initiative were Sales and Distribution and Materials Management, implemented as SAP SD and SAP MM configuration and stabilization tracks. Functional testing covered order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, master data validation and module-specific business rules, reflecting standard ERP Financial operational terminology and control points.
Governance emphasized test management, defect triage and targeted code fixes, with staged validation of SD and MM processes prior to cutover to the Sybase database and Unicode-enabled application layer. Rollout sequencing prioritized functional testing and program remediation to ensure the SAP Business Suite EHP5 environment met application compatibility and operational continuity expectations.

In 2021, BRICORAMA implemented About Livefyre from Adobe Systems on its public website, deploying the application as part of its Web Content Management footprint. The implementation centers on surfacing real time user generated content and engagement modules to support online merchandising and customer interaction on the corporate site in France.
About Livefyre was configured to provide embedded comment streams, real time content publishing and moderation workflows, aligning with common Web Content Management capabilities for user generated content. Configuration work included templated embed points within site pages, moderation queues and role based editorial controls to manage community contributions.
The deployment integrated the About Livefyre runtime into the site front end and content templates, enabling editorial and customer service teams to access moderation and reporting features through the CMS driven site interface. Operational coverage spans e commerce, marketing and customer service functions that route community signals into product pages and promotional content.
Governance was adjusted to introduce moderation roles, escalation paths and content approval steps that sit alongside existing editorial processes, creating a managed workflow for user contributions. The BRICORAMA About Livefyre Web Content Management deployment emphasizes content governance, real time engagement, and operational alignment between merchandising and customer facing teams.

| Proximis | Legacy | Proximis Omni-Commerce Solution | eCommerce | eCommerce | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 BRICORAMA deployed Proximis Omni-Commerce Solution for eCommerce to support customer service and e-business operations at its largest Bricorama store in France. The implementation targeted retail order orchestration and customer-facing commerce workflows while aligning in-store and online sales operations.
Proximis Omni-Commerce Solution was configured to handle Sales Order Processing integrated into daily SAP operations, service management for spare parts ordering and returns to suppliers, and customer financing workflows. Functional capabilities implemented included order orchestration and fulfillment coordination, returns and spare parts service management, and Plans Management financing processes tied to opening and following Franfinance customer accounts. The solution supported concurrent use of SAP and Proximis for e-business management rather than a single transactional system.
Integrations were concentrated on SAP for transactional order processing and finance record keeping, while commerce and customer engagement were handled by Proximis Omni-Commerce Solution within the eCommerce layer. Operational coverage included customer service teams at the largest store, e-business management teams who reconciled SAP and Proximis data, service management teams handling supplier returns and price negotiations, and finance teams managing Franfinance account openings and dossier follow up. The rollout also established a local delivery system and customer car rental capability to support omnichannel fulfillment.
Governance changes emphasized structured procedures for service order intake, returns handling, supplier negotiation workflows, and financing dossier follow up, including box handling procedures and folder tracking for Franfinance cases. The implementation created a coordinated handoff between customer service, in-store operations, e-business management, and finance to maintain consistent order and returns lifecycle handling in the eCommerce environment.
